What it means in dollars
Settled at Betfair Starting Price (the bookmaker price recorded at the jump until Betfair's is in), before commission, at the stakes shown. 1 unit = 1% of a betting bank. Every tip is on the full results page. Past results don't guarantee future ones.
Built for the long run
Judge it over months, not days.
About 4 in 10 tips win, so losing days, and losing weeks, are a normal part of it. The edge comes from backing horses at better prices than their real chance, again and again, and it only shows up over hundreds of tips. One race, or one day, tells you almost nothing.
That's why every tip is staked in units sized to the edge, and why the record is kept in public: so you can see the bad runs as well as the good ones. Stake the same way every day, keep a bank you can afford to lose, and don't chase.
How it works
A model trained on years of Australian racing rates each horse's chance to win and place from form, sectional times, track and conditions.
Each chance is compared with the price. A tip needs a clear edge and has to pass strict rules. Most races get no tip, by design.
Tips go to the members' page and a private Telegram channel about 15 minutes out, confirmed 5 minutes before the jump, with the stake.
