Privacy policy

What we collect, why, and what we do with it. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect

• Your account: your email address and your password, which is stored scrambled (salted and hashed) so nobody, including us, can read it.
• Your plan: whether you're subscribed, until when, and the Stripe customer and subscription numbers.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy covers what it holds.
• Telegram: if you join the alerts channel, your Telegram user number and username, so we can let you in and remove you if your plan ends.
• Usage: when you last visited, and the basic request logs our host (Cloudflare) keeps to run and protect the site.

Cookies

One cookie, to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics that follow you around the web.

How we use it

Only to run your account and the service: logging you in, giving access to what you've paid for, the Telegram channel, and contacting you about your account or important changes. We don't sell or rent your details, and we don't send marketing unless you've asked for it.

Where it's kept

Account data is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts the site, and payment data with Stripe. Both may store data outside Australia, under their own security and privacy commitments.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time: contact the contact email on your Stripe receipt. Deleting your account ends any access; cancel your plan first so you're not charged again. We keep payment records as long as the tax law requires.
