How cancelling and refunds work.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your Account page (Manage subscription). It takes a few seconds and there's no fee.
You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account goes back to the free results view. You won't be charged again.

Because you get the tips straight away, we don't refund part-used periods when you cancel, or for losing bets.
We will refund you if you were charged by mistake (for example twice, or after you'd cancelled), or if we stop the service, in which case you get the unused part of your period back.
If something has gone wrong with the service you paid for, contact us and we'll sort it out fairly. This policy doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Refund requests and questions: the contact email on your Stripe receipt. Please include the email address on your account.
