The agreement between you and SniperGPT when you use this site. Plain English, and short.

What SniperGPT is

SniperGPT publishes horse racing analysis and selections ("tips") for Australian racing, made by a statistical model. We are not a bookmaker: we don't take bets, handle wagers or hold your money. Any bet you place is with a licensed operator of your choice and is your own decision.

Who can use it

• You must be 18 or over and allowed to bet where you live.
• One person per account. Keep your password to yourself.

No advice, no guarantee

Tips, chances, stakes and analysis are general information and an opinion, not financial or betting advice, and they don't take your circumstances into account. Horses lose at short prices every day. Past results don't guarantee future ones, and your results will differ with the prices and timing you get. Read the Disclaimer and Important info.

Subscriptions and payment

• Plans are weekly, monthly or every 3 months, at the price shown when you subscribe, and are paid through Stripe.
• Plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your Account page; you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. See the Refund policy.
• A trial code gives 7 days of full access with no payment. After that you need a plan to keep the tips.
• If we change a price, it applies from your next renewal after we tell you, and you can cancel before then.

Fair use

Members' tips are for your own use. Don't share your account, or copy, resell, forward or republish tips, alerts or analysis before the race is run. We may suspend or close an account that does, or that tries to get around the paywall, without a refund for the current period.

The service

We aim to publish tips every race day, but the service runs on live data and can be late, wrong or unavailable (price feeds, scratchings, technical faults, missed alerts). Tips can change or be cancelled up to the jump. We may change, pause or stop parts of the service; if we stop it, we'll refund the unused part of your current period.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for betting losses or for indirect losses from using the site. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which can't be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page, and important changes will be emailed or shown on the site. These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia. Questions: the contact email on your Stripe receipt.
