SniperGPT is a racing model that looks for one thing: horses whose real chance of winning or placing is better than the price on offer. Here's how a race day works.

1. Collect the day's racingEvery morning the system gathers the day's race cards with each runner's form, past runs, sectional times, track and conditions, and the results of earlier races.
2. Rate every runner from formA machine-learning model, trained on years of Australian racing, rates each horse's chance of winning and placing from its form alone. It never looks at the betting market to do this, so it has its own independent view.
3. Combine it with the marketThrough the day that rating is combined with live bookmaker prices to give a true chance for every runner. That's the Win % and Place % on the full cards.
4. Find the edgeEach true chance is compared with the best available price. Only runners whose price is clearly bigger than their chance deserves, and that pass strict rules, become tips. Most races have no tip, and that's by design.
5. Size the stakeStakes are set by the size of the edge: bigger edge, bigger stake, capped at 3% of bank.
6. Keep checking until the jumpPrices are re-checked every few minutes. Tips can appear late, change stake, or be cancelled if the price moves out of range. Alerts go out from about 15 minutes before each race.
7. Record everythingEvery tip is frozen at the jump and settled publicly on the Results page, winners and losers alike.

Back-tested, then forward-tested

Before any rule was used, it was tested on races the model had never seen, month by month, the way it would have run live. Rules that only looked good in hindsight were thrown out.

It's now being forward-tested: every tip is posted live, before the race, at real bookmaker prices, and settled on the Results page afterwards. Nothing is added or removed after the fact, so the live record builds in public, one bet at a time.
